Cookie Policy

Block Kitz · Last updated: April 2026

Short version: The Block Kitz website and game use zero cookies. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies. This page exists to be transparent — and to satisfy EU/UK cookie-disclosure requirements for sites that could use cookies but don’t.

A cookie is a small piece of text that a website stores in your browser to remember something about you — for example, whether you are logged in, what’s in your shopping cart, or which pages you visited.

Cookies can be used for helpful things (remembering your settings), but also for tracking — following you across websites to build an advertising profile. That second use is what most privacy laws regulate.

2. Cookies on blockkitz.com

This website sets no cookies at all. When you visit blockkitz.com:

  • We do not store session cookies.
  • We do not store preference cookies.
  • We do not use analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Vercel Analytics).
  • We do not embed third-party scripts, widgets, chat boxes, social media pixels, or advertising tags.
  • We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage on this website.

You can verify this yourself — open your browser’s developer tools, go to the “Application” or “Storage” tab, and you’ll see the cookie list for blockkitz.com is empty.

3. Cookies in the Block Kitz Game

The Block Kitz game (both the Android app and any future web build) also does not use cookies. Inside the game:

  • Game progress, coins, and achievements are stored in local device storage on your phone — this is not a cookie, and it is never sent over the network.
  • When a player deliberately taps “Watch Ad,” Google AdMob may read your device’s advertising ID to serve an ad. AdMob is configured for non-personalized ads (npa=true) and child-directed treatment — so the ad is not used to build a profile about you, and no behavioural-tracking cookies are set by our ad integration. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Why This Matters

Because we target children and comply with Google Play’s Families Policy, COPPA, GDPR Article 8, and the UK’s Age Appropriate Design Code, we’ve deliberately built a website and a game that do not track you — in any way, through any mechanism.

If we ever add a feature that would require a cookie (for example, a newsletter sign-up form that stores a session), we will:

  1. Update this Cookie Policy before the feature goes live.
  2. Add a visible cookie notice to the website.
  3. Let you opt-in — never opt you in by default.

5. Do Not Track

We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and “Do Not Track” signals from your browser by default — because we don’t track anyone regardless of signal.

This website links out to the Google Play Store, Google’s Privacy Policy, and (in some places) the game’s support email. Following those links takes you to third-party websites that have their own cookie policies. We are not responsible for cookies set by those third parties.

7. Changes to This Policy

If the site’s cookie behavior ever changes, we’ll update this page with a new “Last updated” date. Historically, it will always say: we set no cookies.
