Is Block Kitz really free?
Yes — fully free to download and play. Every level and every mode is playable without spending a penny. The current v1.0.1 launch build has no in-app purchases at all. Optional cosmetic coin packs (with a parental math gate) are planned for a later update. If you want to support development today, there’s an optional one-time tip on the Support the developer page — every dollar goes directly to Kimberly.
Does Block Kitz collect any data?
Almost none — and never personal data. We don’t collect names, emails, locations, or contacts. Your game progress is stored locally on your device and never sent to us. The only data touched is your device’s advertising ID, and only when you tap "Watch Ad" — used to serve a non-personalized ad (no profiling, no tracking, no sharing). Are there forced ads?
No forced ads — no interstitials, no banner ads. Ads only play when you deliberately tap a "Watch Ad" button (for example, to revive after game-over, or to double a coin reward).
My child made a purchase without asking. Can I get a refund?
The current v1.0.1 launch build has no in-app purchases, so there’s nothing to refund yet. When optional coin packs ship in a later update, they’ll be gated by a parental math problem before the payment screen, and refunds will still be handled by Google Play (Play Store app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → tap the purchase → Refund). I lost my progress / I got a new phone.
Because Block Kitz stores everything locally with no account system, progress is tied to the device. We’re looking into an optional cloud-backup feature for a future update — email support@blockkitz.com if this matters to you and we’ll prioritize it.
How do I clear my game data?
Android Settings → Apps → Block Kitz → Storage → Clear Data. This wipes all local game data and starts you fresh.
Does it work without internet?
Gameplay works offline — you can play every level on a plane, in a car, anywhere. Internet is only needed for the optional "Watch Ad" rewards.
What age is Block Kitz rated for?
Rated for All Ages (IARC rating pending). It’s designed to be safe and enjoyable for players of all ages, including children.
Is there an iOS version?
Not yet — Block Kitz launched on Android first. iOS is on the roadmap. Email support@blockkitz.com if you want to be notified when it ships.
