Block Kitz · Last updated: April 2026

Kid-friendly short version: Block Kitz is safe for players of all ages, including children. Your game progress stays on your device and is never shared with us. The only data ever used is your device’s advertising ID — and only when you tap a “Watch Ad” button, and only to show a non-personalized ad. No profiles are built. No behavioural tracking. No data sharing.

1. Who We Are

Block Kitz is published by the developer named below. This policy covers the Block Kitz game on the web at blockkitz.com and any mobile app versions.

If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please email us at the address above.

2. What Data We Collect

Block Kitz itself does not collect or store any of the following:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
  • Location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
  • Usage analytics or crash reports
  • Payment details (handled entirely by Google Play Billing)

The only data processed on our behalf comes from Google AdMob, which shows optional rewarded video ads (see Section 5). Those ads may access your device’s advertising identifier and similar technical signals only to serve an ad and measure delivery — never to build a profile about you.

When Google Play asks about data collection on our Data Safety form, our answer is:

  • Device or other IDs — collected, not shared, optional, used for advertising.
  • All other categories — not collected.

3. What Stays on Your Device

The game saves a small amount of information locally on your device, using browser localStorage or native app storage. This data never leaves your phone. It includes:

  • Game progress (levels, stars, chapters)
  • In-game coins, power-ups, and achievements
  • Your settings (sound, music, mute)
  • Optional display name you choose to enter — only visible on your device

You can delete all of this at any time by uninstalling the app or using “Clear App Data” in your device settings.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Article 8)

Block Kitz is suitable for all ages, including children. We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with:

  • The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 8 on the protection of children.
  • The UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children’s Code) issued by the ICO.
  • Google Play’s Families Policy.

Because the ads we show are non-personalized and configured for child-directed treatment (see Section 5), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the sense prohibited by COPPA.

Parents: ads in Block Kitz are entirely optional — the player chooses when to watch one (for a revive or bonus coins). There are no forced ads, no interstitials, and no banner ads. We recommend enabling parental controls and requiring a password for in-app purchases on your child’s device.

5. Third-Party Services

Block Kitz integrates the following third-party services:

Google AdMob

Used to show optional rewarded video ads when the player taps “Watch Ad for Revive” or “Watch Ad for x2 Coins.” AdMob is configured with:

  • tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true (COPPA treatment)
  • tagForUnderAgeOfConsent = true (GDPR Article 8 treatment)
  • maxAdContentRating = G (General audience only)
  • npa = true (non-personalized ads only — no behavioral tracking, no remarketing)

This means AdMob serves only contextual, general-audience ads. No ads for gambling, dating, alcohol, or other age-restricted content are shown. For AdMob’s data handling, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google Play Billing

Used for optional coin purchases. Payment handling is done entirely by Google. We never see your payment details.

Sound effects in Block Kitz were generated using ElevenLabs AI and are bundled with the app — no runtime connection is made to ElevenLabs during play.

Under GDPR, processing of personal data requires a lawful basis. We do not process personal data, so GDPR Article 6 does not apply. Even so, depending on where you live, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: your data lives on your device and you can see it there.
  • Right to deletion: uninstall the app or clear app data to remove everything.
  • Right to contact us: email support@blockkitz.com for any question about this policy.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Block Kitz uses browser localStorage only — purely to save your own game progress on your own device. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. If we ever add any third-party service that could affect children, we will update this policy before that feature is enabled and clearly notify players.
